How do I install the Soundfont Manager?

Details:
Windows XP  /  Cakewalk Pro Audio 9  /  TASCAM US-144 mkII Interface  /  Soundblaster Fatality
 
We THINK that the Soundfont Manager portion is not installing correctly, due to a registration failure.  PLEASE HELP! S.O.S!!!!
