Groove Agent 3

I just installed Groove Agent 3 on my Sonar X1. For some reason the software is not performing very well. Whenever I try to record the beats from Groove Agent 3 to Sonar X1 it mix all the percussions and the final sound is not so nice. I hope that I explained well the situation as apparently I do not know what to say more.
