Need help, Sonar X3 Trial in Win 8 wont recognize half of my VSTis

I don't know if is a Windows file system security  or a new change in the vstscan from cakewalk, all i have is error and errors, any idea?
Its a gigabyte mother board with Core 2 Duo, 2 gigs ram and 500 gig HD, Nvidia video PCI express card, Tascam US-224,Creative Extreme Music and DIGI 001 rack

    Which ones aren't being recognized?

    Did you do a complete reset AND rescan of all your plugins?
