Missing wav forms

Missing wav forms

Hey Guys,
 
I was working on a project in X2 when I had a crash.  When I rebooted and opened that file the wav forms from the audio tracks were missing (it was simply a straight line).  The actual wav file is still there and plays fine, but the form is missing.  Is there a way to restore it?

    Clear the picture cache (i.e. delete the contents of the picture cache folder) or SHIFT-K and Recompute Pictures.
