Sonar X3 Studio Mixing and Mastering help wanted!

Hey guys. Got Sonar X3 Studio and heard it has good mixing and mastering plugins. I'd like to know how to get feedback(static) off of vocal recording playback with fx if doing so with fx is possible. Also would like tips on what the proffessional mixers and masterers levels are on knobs, etc.. Thanks
