Controlling Pro Channel EQ with a control surface

Hi,
When using the Cakewalk Generic Surface to set up control of Pro Channel EQ, it will let me set up control for the Q and the Gain among other things but the Freq does not seem to be one of the default controllable parameters.  Is there a way to do/change this on the Cakewalk Generic Surface?
