Steam Question

I see that there is a sale of Cakewalk Sound Center DSF packs on Steam. One of the requirements is that you need to have the Music Creator with Cakewalk Sound Center. X3 has Sound Center too. Is there a way to get Steam to recognize X3 so you can get that deal? The packs are under $8 each on Steam.

As I read it you have to have Music Creator or Sonar. I am assuming any Sonar will work. I picked up the whole bundle. Waiting to see what happens now.

Unless you have MC6T or SONAR through STEAM you won't be able to actually download the items.

There's no way to activate existing registrations from the Cakewalk Store on STEAM at this time.

    Best Regards,

What's the policy on this scenario? ...

PC 1: Sonar Standalone - Lean, Clean and Steamless.

    PC2: Steam "coming from it's ears" - MC6T ($12), DSF SoundCenter Bundle ($75).

Action: Copy content (Programs, Multisamples) from PC2 to PC1.
