HELP

the bar that shows you what point on the track you're on (the marker?? idk what to call it) started moving to the set tempo instead of just gliding along to the track. it's really screwing me up on editing!! can anyone tell me how to change it back to the original setting?

    Possibly you might have accidentally hit either the Scroll Lock or Pause/Break key.  I can't remember exactly how they work or which key does what.  Maybe you could look this up in the manual.
