    That looks like an access violation - permissions are not what they should be.
     
    As was also noted above, I would suggest trying this: right-click on the launch icon for Sonar, then click Run As Administrator.  (you can also make that change permanent, by right-clicking on the launch icon, then clicking on Properties, then Advanced, then click on Run As Administrator, then OK, then Apply).
     
    Please understand that having a user account with Admin privileges is NOT the same as running a program with the explicit Run As Administrator option.  Run As Administrator grants a higher level of privileges for the execution token, then what you get by having a user with Admin privileges.

    Call Cakewalk Support -- they should be able to help narrow down the issue.
