I need to export Sonar files to Mac

Long story short:  One of my laptops died and I don't have the funds to replace it this week.  With that said, I still have a current Mac Pro.  Until I get the funds to replace the Windows laptop I need to get by on the Mac using Garage Band or something similar.  I know I'll most likely need to mix the soft synths and other tracks to wav files and import them to the Mac - one at a time.

Is there an easier way?  (I know, but another Windows machine, but it's going to take a couple of weeks to save the scratch for something quality)

Thanks.
Greg

Sonar works great under Boot Camp. Depending on which Mac you have, I've heard it will even run the 64-bit Sonar.

Just don't tell anyone at Cakewalk I said this, because they don't support running Sonar under Boot Camp. Shhhh.

There's no other way, unfortunately. I don't know if GB supports OMF-files, but then again, I don't know how much easier it will be, if you export the project as OMF. I've never played with that format or transferred between systems.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
The benefit of being a middle aged amateur is the low number of years of frustration ahead of you.

You can export each track as a wave file, starting from the same point so they all line up when you import them into the program (DAW) or you can export them as a BWF (broadcast wave file), as BWF embeds info so they line up automatically.

As Kalle said, OMF is a better option, if GB supports it. It should, as all professional program support OMF protocal

I am currently running X3e x64 under Lion-Bootcamp very successfully... If you have a copy of Windows 7 Pro it's a few hours work at most to get Sonar up and running... And if you have a dual processor, Sonar recognizes and uses both... I've got dual Xeon quads for 8 core total...

It seems most successful if you use separate actual drives (not a partitioned single drive) and a minimum of Lion and Win7 Pro... I use 3 drives right now. One for OSX, another for Win7Pro, and a third formatted for win7 and used for audio. You won't have real access to the Mac drive when in Windows...

I doubt GB supports loading OMFs unless they added this in a recent iteration. Best option seems Sonar in Bootcamp honestly. Would save a massive amount of time bouncing and importing.
