There are a quite few videos on that page. If there is nothing of interest there, there might be something on youtube, SWA or Groove3 that may be more satisfying.
Yeah both the Groove and SWA are really good, and because of different instructors, they comes across slightly differently, with slightly different focuses. I'd work you way through all the free stuff first, then have a groove3's site. It seems for $15 you get access to anything you can make time to see. You don't just get sonar, but a wealth of other music related tutorials. There s usually a free 5-10 mins of each tutorial to give you a taster.
