Badass tune - well i think so.

Please have a listen to my track below - ideally looking for a bit of feedback. I recently had a go at re-mixing this and think my changes are for the better, but would definitely like to know what others think - improvements/recommendations etc.

Hope you enjoy

Thanks

Matt

    Hey Matt!

Solid production work! Drums hit hard and the bass is heavy, raw, and aggressive.

I feel like many of my critiques could be solved by a different compression scheme- a lot of the sounds seem to lack some brilliance, particularly the distorted pad/bass. It's rough and raw, but still sounds a bit flat to me. The snare seems a bit muffled, too. Maybe cut some lowish mids (350 Hz?) from it?

The attention to detail is really evident. Sounds like a ton of work went into the track.

Overall, I'd say the track could use the input of a good mastering engineer if you like how it sounds in the mix- maybe a subtle high shelf boost.

    Cheers!
    -Vince
