Thank you to all - Here is my first X3 song
Everyone has been so helpful on getting me from 8.5 to X3, lots of help about Take Lanes, ins and outs, and assorted other things. I just thought I'd share the song I've been working on all this time. Since this is going on the album I'm pulling it off SoundCloud in a couple days, and this is just a first mix. https://soundcloud.com/jkoseattle/we-are-the-elders-v1/s-O6Qvq

Ha! I saw elders and I settled back for some laid back groovy jazz. Next thing I know I bouncing round the studio. I think you do some neat work, especially enjoyed the lyrics and overall vocal work. GL with the album.

Cool and quirky 60s vibe going on. +1 to the vocals - nicely woven.

Frantic! I think I had a paranoia attack. One of the most different tunes I've heard for awhile. I liked it! I somehow feel that it's not as simple as it sounds. That's a compliment!

Cool! I can picture this in a musical somewhere where the old guys are trying to get through to the younger folks and after much lecturing they break into this with song and dance! Sounds great ,good job on the harmony vocals!

Lots of hype going on in this. Kept me wiggling in my chair. Very nicely done. Peace and Blessings, John

Very cool! A mashup of Squeeze and The Association, lol. The mix is pretty close, agree with Bap that it is a tad dull, but only on the instruments. The vocals sound great. Very creative panning as well. Regards, Dan
