Sonar X3 Producer: Can I put/print the guitar licks in tabs using Sonar? Any suggestion?

After lot of years (of playing in my basement), I have started to play in a band (cover songs).
I am a jamming kind of person. but now I need to copy those licks. I want to able to copy the licks and put it in tabs so that I can get back to it later.
Is there any feature in Sonar X3 Producer that I can use to play my guitar licks and print the tab?
If Sonar X3 does not have it, can you recommend any other product/software? Quality is a priority, so I am willing to pay for the sofware.
Thanks
Shahed
