[Answered] AAX Compatible?

Hi,  is Sonar compatible with this type of plug in?
Supported Plug-In Formats AAX Native
I want to purchase a few specific Wave Arts Plug in's and just want to make sure.

Thanks,
Mike

I do not see this particular plug in available with VST where I am trying to purchase at sweetwater just aax.  I will call them and find out if the aax version also has the vst version included.

The AAX format is compatible only with Pro Tools version 10 and above.

Wave Arts has only very recently added AAX as an option. All their products are available as VSTs (as well as AU and RTAS). Just make sure when you make your purchase that you specify "Native" as the plugin format, not "AAX".

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
