pro channel setting is lost in the x3 producer

The pro channel setting is lost when i restart the project. When i finished the work i saved the project....but the next time when i open this project the pro channel setting is lost. The pro channel is useless.
4 weeks ago I wrote a mail to the Cakewalk, but the answer is not arrived.
I have x3e update and previously this problem was never in x1 pro. or x2 pro.
 
Can somebody help me?
