[Answered] Is the melodyne vibrato tool available in the version that comes with Sonar?

I couldn't find it in the software. I checked their site to see if it was included, but didn't find much help there either.

Bandlab Platinum and every other toy I can get my hands on...and yes I'm way in debt over this obsession...

    The vibrato tool is not available in Melodyne Essential (the version bundled with X3 Studio/Producer)
