Focusrite Pro 40 and outboard gear

Question for the X3 and Focusrite Pro 40 users:
I am borrowing a DBX Quantum outboard processor to master a few tracks with X3.
Any tips as to best way to wire it and how to apply it to a track? I have only used plugins and this is my 1st try at outboard.

Thanks In Advance..

It looks like the quantum has digital ins and outs - and is much like TC's Finalizer.  I'd use the digital in/out from the Focusrite and hook it up.  You run a mix out into the Quantum , finalize it, and record it back to another track in SONAR.  Voilá!  Mastered mix.
