what bank number do I input into sonar x3 to get performance mode from my juno g synth for multitimbral recording ?

Any suggestions please help

    I don't have the Juno, but if it's like the synths I do have, the only* way to get to performance mode would be to send a sys ex command string via MIDI.  You can create one in the sysex editor in SONAR, once you find what to send in the Juno manual.
     
     
    *other than manually pushing buttons on the synth.

    An easy way to get the sysex you need is to record it into a track while you push the button on the synth. It's common for synths to transmit what their controls are doing.
