I believe there are two schools of thought: 1) SSD for OS & programs for fast load time; and 2) SSD for sample libraries when using large samples (and modest amount of RAM). Also, if you had a large SSD volume, I would use it for samples and also a second one for my audio projects. Once Windows (or OS) starts and program(s) load, you won't seen any benefit from the SSD under the first scenario. However, since your SSD is rather small, it is the only practical use for it.
