Is my signature showing code?

I noticed some <Br> stuff or something. Not sure what I did wrong, or how to fix it. I guess I could delete it and re-write it, but I am curious as to why it is like this.

    Huh... I guess I will try to fix it. I mostly was wondering why. Probably something I did. arrrr.
