I'm sorry for your loss Alan. I remember that day very well... If you have kids, try to get that ball and throw it with them. The greatest moments in life are found with our children. Nice job on your song.

Just realized that my Mother died 27 years ago on Mother's Day. Always look at it differently since. So sorry for your loss, buddy. I'm sure you've heard enough of that. This is a nice tribute to your Dad, Alan, and one of your best vocals. I always hope that our loved ones will talk to us in the time after life and then be made aware of these tributes to them. I believe that heaven would not be a place where we sit and watch our loved ones make mistake after mistake. We do that here and this sure isn't heaven. We just meet up later, I hope, and go from there, in a beautiful space or place, whatever. Prayers to your Dad and your family. Great job on the tune.

Hey Alan - haven't heard anything of yours in a while (likely my fault I haven't been around as much) I'm sorry for your loss. the cover is excellent. you've got a great mix and all of the instruments are performed with excellence! the only suggestion I have is to dial back on the reverb on the vox. they're a little too wet compared to the rest of the instruments, IMO. great job, tho!

Alan, Sorry to hear about your loss. I recall you did 2 songs for him fairly recently that were not your usual style. I think one was Little Texas and I don't recall the other. I am sure he enjoyed them very much... You did a nice job on this cover, the vocals are excellent. Regards

Thanks Reece, I had a hard time matching the verb because it was a Karaoke track I used, wasn`t time to do a full blown MIDI track.

Sorry for your loss, Alan. Song sounds great! I'd like to hear some verb-delay on the lead vox.
