Links to VS-20 videos and drivers not working

Hi tried to access the 7 new videos and to check-out the win8 vids for this product. None of the links works which is frustrating.
 
The links either fail or take me to some generic learning resources page. And the owners section for VS20 disappeared!? Bit concerned as I was thinking of buying one of these units but the support doesn't look active?
 
Anyone know if/where the videos and drivers really are!?
