latency problem

All of a sudden I have a latency problem, All of my programs like demension pro Is way behind. I'm using Fw-1884 Tascam And I've tried changing the setting nothing seems to work. X3producer.   HELP!!!

    This is sometimes caused by tracking with a "look ahead" plug in running. Disable your mastering type plug ins while tracking.

    To start fixing the issue, hit e. This disables all current plug-ins. If your problem disappears, you know what it was... Some plugin. If not start troubleshooting your interface.

    StudioCat > I use Windows 10 and Sonar Platinum. I have a touch screen.
