back to Sonar's family - but the screen layout just too packed!

     Just upgraded to Sonar X3 2 during the last sales...
 
     I am using a 22" LCD monitor but whenever I opened up a project in Sonar I found the screen are so packed.  May be I've used Studio one for > 2 years and found that their mixer view, track lanes etc are just size right.  But for Sonar, the icons and the mixer view are so thick.... so the track pane will become smaller...
 
      Very hard to describe by using words.... but would like to know how can I adjust the screen.
