Addictive Drums 2 conflicts

Hi. Anyone else experiencing conflicts with AD2?

I've loaded it one project and as soon as I use it, my keyboard shortcuts - eg, 'd', ctrl +s or v/c etc - stop working.

I've experienced this with Rob Papen synths - Blue 2/Blade - and support suggested turning off a couple of buttons on the synth's info page, which seem to have helped.

I tried configuring the synth as a 'tempo-based' synth, but I just getting freezes now. Also the old Quad-Capture driver drops...start Sonar and no audio driver on system - even though it's active in Windows.

Waiting for Support to get back.

Ouch. I was going to upgrade to V2 today. Is it AD support you've been in touch with?

Yes, I have contacted AD support but I think it's going to take some time given they're apparently receiving lots of requests currently.

A workaround has been to open Preferences and un-enable keyboard support and hit apply, and then re-enable it. That fixes it for a while.

What's puzzling is that Blade did a similar thing last night and the aforementioned workaround did not work, which makes me wonder about whether something else is occurring.
