    Here's a review of it.

As Tascam is reported to have sold the Giga technology to NI a few years back, I wouldn't expect much in the way of updates.

Cclary, I responded to someone a few years back about how to get the Gigapiano installed. If you search this forum for that topic you should find the thread. It has been so long since I used it I don't even remember how I did it. I think you had to click on the  Gigapiano icon and use administrator. And there may have been a visit to the Compatability window as well. I think it set to run as Windows XP. Not sure. Of course, that was the install for Windows 7. No idea about 8.

Sonar Platinum, Sonar X3e, Sonar X2a , Sonar X1 Expanded and 8.5.3 (32 and 64 bit), Windows 10 on a Toshiba P75-A7200 Laptop with i7 @ 2.4 quad and 8 gigs of RAM and secondary WD 1 Tb drive, Windows 10 desktop, Asus i5 @ 3.2 quad, 12 gigs RAM, 1 Tb drive, 1 500 gig drive, MOTU 24io, 2 Roland Studio Captures, Saffire 6 USB for laptop, Soundtracs Topaz Project 8 mixer, Alesis Monitor 2s, Event BAS 20/20s, Roland Micro-Monitor BA-8s, and 45 years worth of collecting FX, Mics, Amps, Guitars, and Keyboards!

I did all that in 8.1 and it still crashed and burned...no matter what I tried...
But, it was free, so no loss...LOL

I updated to GVI right before they trashed it.  It's 32 bit and that piano you're talking about is not very good.

I jumped through 7.127 million hoops and got it too work. Then wondered why I bothered. There are probably a dozen free pianos out there that sound better. Now if someone would just make a list of them...
