EZ Drummer 2 - Question and Problem

Question:  Does anyone have a drum map (key map) for EZ Drummer 2?  I especially need to find the right notes for the tambourine, claps, and shaker.  I could not find them by dragging notes on the staff.  (It's also hard to find all the right cymbals and cymbal articulations.)
 
Problem:  I opened EZ Drummer 2 in a project that already had an EZ Drummer track.  The drums work fine, but now all my other virtual instruments have stopped playing in the project.  Anyone have any similar issues?
