Session Drummer Instructions/Tutorials

Hi folks,
I have never used a programmable drum track.  I am a drummer, but have never gotten onboard with using drum track software. I'd like to learn how to use Session Drummer, and need some beginner instruction.
 
Do you know where I can get started?
