Worse than a colonoscopy?

Watching other Craigs having a worse day makes me feel better about my life.

    I suggest go with an all vegan diet. No alcohol, no meats, no oil (olive oil, vegetable oil etc...). Fruits and veggies only. Lots of greens.  You'll feel better in a few weeks. 
     
    Colonoscopy's aren't so bad, I've had a few and they saved my life from cancer. Without the colonoscopy, they would have never found the cancer and I'd be dead by now. Highly recommended for anyone over 50....

    Craig I'm a little afraid to watch that video. I hope it all went well.I'll take your word for it. There's a whole lot of things I'd rather do that's for sure. I hope they pay those people well.

    Oh go watch it!  You'll see it's not that bad.
     
    (And I don't have any health issues - my car, however, is probably a lost cause though.)
