V Studio 700 registration

hi Folks, first of all I like to send greetings from Dortmund, Germany to all of you.
Got a registration problem with my new Sonar V-Studio Hardware. It's the VS-700 C and the VS-700R and Sonar 8.5 Producer.
 
Sonar Producer is registered with no Problems. Hardware isn't, because everytime I fill out the Registration Formular for it, a message appears that the Serial No. isn't correwct. I read the Serial No of the VS Hardware on the Back of the VS Console.
 
Can somebody help me with this please
