Comping mode record behaviour (sonar x3e, probably bug?)

I use comping mode. It should mute and leave unchanged previously recorder take.
What I discovered:
1. if take1 is "inside" the 2nd one (from the time point of view) then it works as intended (I can hear only the last recorder, the first is muted and unchanged). For example take1: starts from 2sec, ends at 5sec and take2: 1sec-6sec.

2. if take2 is inside take1 then I can hear both while playing. Take1 is unchanged, take1:1sec-6sec, take2:2sec-4sec

3. if take1: 1sec-4sec, take2:3sec-6sec, then I can hear both while playing. Take1 is unchanged

4. if take1:3sec-6sec, take2:1sec-4sec, then I can hear the last recorded (take2), take1 appears to be partially muted (3sec-4sec) and partially deleted (4sec-6sec)

is it correct?

Just checked it with audio recording - it works well, previously takes are muted during the time of the last one , but the midi recording problem still remains.

btw, I use takes and a singles track.

Sorry would you mind restating what your existing X3E MIDI problem is from the beginning, ideally giving us full steps to reproduce? I'm finding this a confusing read (maybe this is a language translations issue) and I'm not sure which of the links you point to are relevant to the issue...

thanks (and sorry)....
