Basics Question. Music Creator to Sonar X3

Hey all,
I was a Cakewalk user for about 10 years when Cakewalk 9 Home Studio was the current version. I went to Mac AKA Logic Studio. Recent events require me to come back to the Windows platform, thus re-upping with Cakewalk. I didn't want to look at anything else.

So, I have a few basic questions as the software has really changed and I hope to get up to speed ASAP.

1. I purchased the Music Creator 6 with the Complete Sound Studio Bundle. When I installed MC 6, I installed all the sound bundles too. Once installed, I upgraded to Sonar X3. I ended up reformatting the computer and getting it swapped out due to DVD drive issues. When I installed the Sonar X3 on the new computer, it "looked" like it was also picking up the Sound Studio Bundle install files. Did it? If so, where does it install them?

2. When installing Sonar X3, do I have to install the individual Sound Studio Bundle packages? I bought it as one bundle, but all the different sound packs have their own install package. How do I know they're installed? Where do I find them in Sonar.

3. Since I have Logic Pro X, can I take those sounds and import them into Sonar?

Thanks for your help!
