Stuck in productionland
So have you guys ever experienced it where during the writing of a song/album/whatever, you simply forget the real 'musical' aspect and can only focus on what technical things need to be fulfilled? Or maybe where you sort of just want to get a song done so you sort of skip out on making a really good song just so you can mix and edit it?
and then find yourself realizing that you haven't really made a song with a lot of feeling or movement... even though it's a fantastic mix :[
