Export/import questions

Hi all. Haven't been here in a long time. I have a few questions.
I have 10 mixes for our album done.
 They were recorded at 44.1 24 bit. I want to export as a wave, and then bring them back into sonar's stereo template.
Should I export at 24 bit 44.1 using PwR3 for dithering?
Once they are in wave form, I'm going to bring them back into sonar's stereo/mastering 
I spoke to disc makers today as they will be doing our work. They have a master uploader on their site so all ISRC codes, space between songs can be done there. They stated that all I need to do upload the wav files into the master uploader, and I can do everything else right on the site. DDP files and such. Thanks in advance for your help

    There is no need to dither if the bit depth is unchanged, just export the 44/24 stereo mix and import it back into your mastering project.
