IK Multimedia problem

Getting a 'Can't load C:\Program Files (X86)\IKMultimedia\\T-RackSCS\T-RackS CS.vpa. Getting this on ARC as well. Anybody know how to fix it? Thanks. EDIT: and also seeing an error that says that something called libiomp5.dll is missing, and mkl_intel_thread.dll is missing. I get these 2 errors only on T-RackS stuff, except the CSR reverbs, they open just fine. This all happened just today out of the blue. I did install a demo of MDrummer 3 days ago. It seems that IKM plugs are the main proble. You out there IKObie? I need my ARC!

I had a VPA issue which a complete re-install fixed. I'm on Mac though, so we could have similar issues for completely different reasons.  The first thing I'd suggest to do is to contact customer support. They're always helpful and will most likely be able to assist you fixing the issue.

I installed a Custom Shop upgrade, and now everything is back to normal. But I sure would like to know what happened. Thanks, Rain for the reply.
