I'm not happy at the moment. But that may change after I do a clean install of my OS and then X3. Right now, X2 is a much better performer on my computer. I know I'm in the minority, most people say X3 runs leaner than X2. Not the case here. 




That is indeed odd and unfortunate. Anything in particular going wrong or is it a syndrome type situation? Cheers.




 
 
@ Beepster: Just checking back in on this thread. Finally got around to reformatting the hard drive and doing a clean install of Win 8, then 8.1. I have most of the plugins reauthorized now with Sonar X3e installed. I loaded up a busy project that was choking at 512 buffer size but now - X3 is running this project with low cpu usage at 128 buffer size. X3 actually handled the project at 64 buffer size but higher cpu usage. Glad I did this! It's running like new now.
