How to use the sample in the browser ?

Hi,
Something I've never quite understood, I click on the browser at the right hand side
Audio Library > Loops > loopmasters then choose a sample, drag and drop the audio into a track.
Now, I like the sound of that bass, for example, but obviously can't build a song in the one key
say the sample is in A, I know I can drag the sample along the track, but can I change that sample to
let's say, C, then G, anyone know if this is how samples like this, are used ?

Thanks
John

Set an initial project pitch, then insert Pitch Markers to change the key.
