Trying to upload a screen shot.....wtf?

Hi: I'm working on a song today and expected to see the typical wave view on the tracks......well 3 of the tracks have vertical lines (midi tracks) I took a screen shot but forgot how to get it on here...thanks!

    Yah, this forum doesn't allow for direct upload of images, you have to get 'em on the net some other means and link to them.

    You are talking about an Audio track ,right? 
    You can insert an Audio or a MIDI track. 
    Audio tracks have the wave form drawn as you record
    MIDI tracks leave little bars that remind me of mouse turds..
