Mute Metronome

No sound from metronome either recording or playingback.
It was working previously but not anymore.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

I take it you have it turned on in the control bar? Is the metronome bus muted? Aside from that I don't know sorry.,

Assuming this is the audio metronome, check the project metronome preferences and make sure the audio drop downs are populated and the output is pointed to a valid selection.

I just noticed that in Metronome Preferences, in the Use Audio Metronome section, in First Beats and Other Beats it was suppose to be written ping beat etc.. but both are empty!

Hold the SHIFT key while starting SONAR. This should restore the missing audio files.

Glad that fixed it. Somehow the audio files in your user directory\AppData\Cakewalk\SONAR version\Metronome went missing. Holding the SHIFT key when starting SONAR copies the files in C:\ProgramData\SONAR version into your user directory without overwriting.
