Come hither, envelopes!

I could be dense today, but this is not coming easy for me.  I'm moving everything in a project to make room for a couple more measures.  Events: check!  markers: check!  Envelope events:  not moving...  What am I missing?  Any comments are welcomed.  Thank you!

    How are you moving your data? It won't work if you attempt to slide or drag your data.
     
    Just select all (ctrl + a), then set your now time to where you want the measures inserted and select Project > Insert Time/Measures
