Z3TA+2 free with SONAR, but I already own it. Am I allowed to give it away?

Title gives the basic idea, but to repeat. I got a free copy of Z3TA+2 after upgrading my copy of SONAR, but I already own it. Am I allowed to give away the voucher to a friend or something?

    I suppose you could install it on another computer, but since it is registered to you, you would have to let your "friend" have access to your Cakewalk account.

    That depends on whether or not the voucher is in your name.
