Did you do a reset and a full re-scan of all plugins?

I believe that was a thing to do when moving to X3, if memory serves.

I recall earlier Waves issues, but it seems that has not come up for quite a while now, so perhaps there is some basic step you need to do.

Are your Waves plugins current, as well?

My Horizon bundle works just fine. Make sure you're running the latest version and do a rescan and reset.

They work here too, and showed up as VST3s after a reset/rescan.
