Does SONAR have SCROLLING instead of PAGING? Jog Wheel?

This is something I am accustomed to, the ability for the display to scroll as opposed to page.

This is necessary for fine editing when you are zoomed to the waveform and jogging through the project.

For that matter, does sonar have a Jog Wheel?

My control surface (euphonics) has a jog wheel. Sonar doesn't have a physical jog wheel, but you can use the arrows and your mouse wheel to scroll, somewhat.
If you want precision, you need a good control surface

Does it playback while jogging with the control surface?  You can playback at slow speed? Or are you referring to just moving the transport while playback is stopped?

That first link seems to be about scrolling, which is a different thing, no?

You're right, I forgot to include the second element. I think what he wants to do is go through the project when zoomed in, so that link covers zooming. But once you're zoomed in, Ctrl+mouse wheel moves horizontally, like a jog wheel.
