Bapu Am Wicked No More
Interestingly, I was considering selling the t-shirt shop when the previous owner called and asked to stop by.
Then he says, "if you ever want to sell this place I'd be happy to talk to you about it."
Bottom line, he owns it again and I have (baffledly and befuddledly*) located a technology job 5.5. miles from home in the technology stack I last worked in (Oracle Forms). I start this comming Wednesday.
* I honestly thought this technology stack was no longer in use ANYWHERE and I would NEVER find a job with my qualifications.

Most of the people (owners, we won't talk about the help) in the screening and embroidery business work for peanuts (not becan).
I was worried about you when you took the plunge. I'm very lucky and have a niche market, so it works.

I wonder how many times that guy sold the place.
I once knew a locally infamous restaurant proprietor that sold and bought his restaurant 5 times over the course of 10 years. :-)
On the other hand, I know a guy who has contracts screen printing and such with many deals to exclusively produce collegiate logo wear. He has a large yacht and lots of real estate.

Yessir. Taken two years ago after Th Fab Faux concert in Los Angeles. We had meet and greet tickets. That was the third year in a row. Saw them last year. We will be seeing them this September too.
