Importing drum loops from browser issue

Importing drum loops from browser issue

The issue is when i drop the loop in a track it will not go where i drop it. It may go 10 seconds down the track or to the beginning
of the track. wheres the setting for this please?

    Uncheck "Always Import Broadcast Waves At Their Timestamp" in Preferences > File > Audio Data
