Is there a software plugin that acts like Eventide's PitchFactor?

With Amplitube and some great VST delays, I'm starting to mimic my pedal board. However, I love my PitchFactor and haven't found a way to do this with a plugin yet.
 
Any ideas?

    The UltraChannel is something very different, but the H3000 plugin looks very promising! Thanks - I'll check out a demo. :)

    there is also a free set of most excellent IRs for the Eventide H 3000 here.  Not sure if it does what you want...
