Has anyone else noticed that Cakewalk has been AWOL for the last week?

I've called a dozen times in the last week and I get a message that says that Cakewalk is "closed today." Has anyone else experienced that? Kind of disturbing. Especially when you're setting up a new program and having problems.

Thanks,
John

I got a call from cw Tuesday concerning a tee shirt I ordered. So they are still in business.

We've been running normal business hours. Did you happen to call outside of them? All up to date contact info (including closures when they do happen) are listed here:

FYI we are going to be closed tomorrow (July 4th).

Hi Ryan, thanks for posting. I checked for closures when this first happened but I never scrolled to the bottom of the page to see that the support line is only open from 1 to 6 pm! Which of course is when I'm at work and can't call :-) I'm staying home until 10 out here and I'll call then.  Will the training that Anderton refers to be likely to interfere with those hours?

I just installed X3 Producer last week and everything works great except that I can't monitor line-in when recording or playing back MIDI.  Is there a known issue with Windows 8.1 (or beatsaudio)? This is why I've been so concerned about not being able to get through to tech support. If that is the problem, I still have 5 days left to return the computer I just bought from HP, and get one with Windows 7, or some other sound card.

    Thanks,
    John
