Sonitus:fx Delay and automation

I'm trying to automate the Delay parameters in this plugin to produce a swept comb filter effect from very short (<10ms) delay times. However, when I try to automate the delay time, it shows in percentages rather than milliseconds. This is not particularly useful for my purposes, since the "percentage" seems to be percentages of a whole note (even though I have the "sync" turned off). Anyone know how I would go about changing the automation values to milliseconds? Failing that, anyone know a good delay or comb filter effect that IS amenable to this particular kind of effect? I notice that zeta+ seems to have two options for insertion into audio FX bins... just don't know what they do.

Use z3ta+_fx.dll in SONAR, the z3ta+_fx2.dll is for other hosts. Another solution MComb is part of the MFreeEffectsBundle.

Thanks, I'll check those out. Also, just found biFilter2, which seems to have a preset comb filter.
