Chills me to the bone to think of going through a marriage again  however, 50% of the women I have dated since my divorce turned out to be married. I did not know it at the time. I did date this divorce lawyer for a while but who in their right mind would let that situation continue. It could not end good fer me and she would have wound up owning all my guitars and my van down by the river. All I would have got out of it was the ability to drive a tractor. So I just sit here. With out an AVATAR. Without posting pictures. . . . . . . . . . .BORED

I bought an '89 Audi in March from the son of a friend.  Three months of hell, over $1,700 (and, maybe, a dozen short trips in the car) and it was sold for scrap ($177).  *Sigh...*

Probably because the guy who sold it to you couldn't figure out how to put one in?

Reminds me of the '93 Nissan Terrano I bought for the missus..immaculate car, only done 5K miles a year, full service history from new..worst car I ever bought, everything, but everything went wrong on that ****heap. Bought it for £1,300, sold less than a year later for £250 scrap value.

Let me tell you about one of the traits of a good musician's wife.  Your active pickup bass starts to sound weird to you.  Probably a battery getting weak.  You look in your gig bag and realize you are out of 9V batteries.  She's there so you let her know of the situation and out of the purse comes a plastic bag with a 9V and several AA batteries because she knows that your wireless IEM receiver uses AAs.  I wonder if she carries a couple of heavy and medium gauge guitar picks too?

I think it's like carbon dating, but I'm not sure.  You know, you submit your picture and someone replies with "Wow, you're old!"

My 1st and only wife was one of those. She's the real reason I left Branson. I let her talk me into semi retirement so she could have "her" career. It was a steady decline from there. The cancer sealed the deal. Now I keep my eyes open but I don't believe there is, for me anyway, the good musician wife. It starts out "Sure sweety play all you want" and then evolves into" Where's my breakfast?!"
